Billing

When will my payment card be charged?

Your card will be charged during the checkout process at the point of sale. For subscriptions, you will be charged on your subscription renewal date.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.


What can I do if my payment is declined?

Oh no! Please check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system. If none of these apply, please contact us at orders@exploreroam.com.


Is your card expired?

Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please contact us at orders@exploreroam.com.

How do gift cards work?

How do I know your lubricants are safe to use?

Our lubricants have gone through stringent testing to ensure they are safe to use. They are 100% natural, bespoke formulas, made in the UK. Dermatologically Tested, Fragrance Free, Gluten Free, Vegan, PH balanced and have 0% from Sulphates, parabens and dyes.


Can I use lubricants if I'm trying to get pregnant?

Lubricants can be a great way of increasing comfort during intercourse however lubricants can in cases inhibit the mobility of sperm. We recommend speaking with your family planning clinic to best understand the tailored solution for you and your partner.


Do you test any of your products on animals?

We’re committed to a world free from animal testing and do not test on animals.

Returns and Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

Your pleasure is important to us. We’re happy to provide an exchange or refund on any un-opened products within 30 days of your order being placed. If you’ve bought the wrong condom size we’ll replace without question.


How do I place a return or exchange?

We hope you love these products as much as we do. If they aren’t the best fit for your needs please email our team orders@exploreroam.com with your name, order number, and reason for return within 30 days of your order being placed.Your pleasure is important to us so we’re here to help assist with returns/exchanges for any unopened products.


How long does it take to process a return?

For hygiene reasons, we can only guarantee refunds on unused items. All returns will be processed and refunded in a maximum of 5 working days following receipt of the product at our warehouse.


What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Please let us know at orders@exploreroam.com and we’ll do our upmost to get you what you ordered as soon as possible. Thanks for bearing with us.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes, we do for an extra £3.99. Our cut off time for next day delivery is 3pm Monday to Thursday. If you select next day delivery before 3pm Monday to Thursday it will be processed, dispatched and with you the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next day and delivered the day after that. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered the following day.


What if I’m not in when my order is delivered?

Some products are too big to fit through a standard letterbox. If you're not in when your order arrives our delivery partner will attempt to deliver a further two times or leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour. In some instances, they may need to leave a card with additional instructions. If you want us to track your order don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Is the Sex Care Subscription the only way to get Roam?

Not at all. You can buy as a one-off purchase from the shop all part of our website.


How do I update my delivery address?

You can add, edit or remove your addresses from your account. To update addresses linked to a subscription, please view the subscription area and click Shipping Addresses.


How do I update my payment card?

For subscriptions, please view the subscription area and click Billing Information, you will be sent a secure email with a link to allow you to update your billing card and billing address details.


How do I cancel my sex care subscription?

Please view the subscription area, click Subscriptions, pick the product you wish to cancel, from this page, click the Cancel Subscription button and follow the on-screen instructions. You can also change your next delivery date or skip an order if you wish to postpone a delivery.


How do I make changes to my sex care subscription?

You can modify your subscriptions from the subscription area, click Subscriptions and pick the product you wish to amend.

When can I expect to receive my Roam package – are there currently any processing or shipping delays?

We’re happy to report that our delivery partners are working to best practice delivery schedules. Reminder that any orders for next day delivery need to be placed before 3pm. If your parcel hasn’t arrived drop us a note and we’ll do our best to help. questions@exploreroam.com

*From time to time some orders could take a bit longer to make it through our delivery partners’ network so we’re working closely with them to monitor and track all our deliveries in the current climate*.


How long does it take to ship?

All subscription orders will be delivered to you free of charge on next day/chosen day delivery. All other orders will take an estimated 3-5 days unless you’ve opted for next day delivery.

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding national public holidays. Orders received by 11am GMT on business days will be shipped the same day. Orders made after 11am GMT will ship the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.


Do you ship to UK PO boxes?

We sure do!
